Lays groundwork to raise 500m EUR

Includes building and structuring the project finance models with (debt-) optimisation and scenario planning as well as coordinating corporate finance responsibilities

🏆 Outcomes

6 months:

Have scenario planning incorporated into our project finance models
Project Finance Models are on par with infrastructure PE requirements
Set up corporate finance process flows and dashboards

12 months:

Set up Asset management structure for our investment portfolio
Have a highly dynamic project model in place so that we can add new aspects quickly and can adopt to customer or investor requirements.
Have an optimisation for the project finance model in place that looks at the system holistically from biogas plant to solar PV and optimises CAPEX and operations
